Lance Williams
Currently the Operations Director & the Director of
Travel and Training for Yorkville Youth Athletic Association, Lance is also the
Program Director for the Harlem Black Yankees Baseball Program. Lance has over
20 years baseball experience in the field of coaching and instruction. His
baseball background also includes playing 2 years of independent minor league
baseball, Lead instructor at Frozen Ropes, 4 years as a Head High School
Varsity Baseball Coach and AAU coach and over 15 years of personal instruction.
From children age 6 to adults, Lance has taught the basic and finer points of
how play the game of baseball. Not only will Lance be responsible for
overseeing the baseball operations at the academy, he will also be one of the
lead instructors.
